Q.Will I be an employee of W.A.R. Enterprise Inc? A. No. You will not be an employee of W.A.R. Enterprise Inc. You will be an Independent Contractor working from your home office. You will receive an IRS 1099 from W.A.R. Enterprise Inc. at the end of the year to file your taxes. Therefore, no taxes will be deducted from your paycheck.
Q.What type of work would I be doing? A.The type of work you will be doing as a Virtual Home Agent/CSP will be to receive and service inbound customer service and support calls for Fortune 500 Companies. Online training and certification classes will be available through our client and requires a certification fee to be paid.
Q. Why do I have to pay for the certification classes to get this job? A.WE DO NOT OFFER JOBS OR HIRE EMPLOYEES. This is a business opportunity for you to work at home as a Virtual Home Agent/CSP. This means you will be working as an Independent Contractor, not an employee. Your status as an independent agent means that you will be operating as "your own business", contracting your services to W.A.R. Enterprise Inc. You will receive your service revenue (earnings) on the 15th and 30th of each month through bank direct deposit. You will also receive your IRS form 1099 at the end of the year showing your total earnings for IRS tax reporting.
Q. Why should I become a member of W.A.R. Enterprise Inc? A.This is a very unique opportunity to become associated with an organization that can assist and support you in setting up and operating your virtual work at home office. Our mission is to provide resources and support to help you setup, operate, and succeed with your virtual work at home office. As a Virtual Home Agent/CSP of W.A.R. Enterprise Inc. we will walk you through the entire process of getting started. We will also recommend which clients may be best suited for you, mentor, and coach you as needed to insure you become a successful Virtual Call Center Agent.
Q. What are the membership fees I will be charged as a member of W.A.R. Enterprise Inc? A. As a member of W.A.R. Enterprise Inc. you will be allowed to service Fortune 500 Companies through our company.
Once you complete your certification training through our client's platform you can begin service. Your membership fee will be charged only to the service cycles where you have earned service revenue. During any service revenue cycle where you have NOT earned any service revenue, your membership fee for that service period will be waived.
Independent Contractor Membership/Platform Feeis $24.75 per service cycle. This also covers all fees associated with using our clients platform.
As a member of W.A.R. Enterprise Inc you will be provided access to our client's platform allowing you the ability to view and enroll in a client certification opportunity of your choice. For administrative support and service revenue payment processing we will be the liaison between you and the client. All technical support issues will be handled through our client.
Q. How long is the online training and will I get paid during training? A.Your online client certification training will run anywhere from 10 days up to 45 days, depending on which client you will be working with. The online classes usually run 4 hours per day and are normally held on weekdays only. You will not be paid during certification training, but some of our clients may offer certification performance incentives once you have completed certain requirements.
Once you complete your training and receive your official certification notice you will normally begin working within 48 to 72 hours after you are certified. Payroll Direct Deposits for production service will post to your bank account on the 15th and 30th of each month. In addition, Earning Statements will be emailed on the day prior to direct deposit posting.
Q. Who determines which company I will provide service to or which certification class I can take? A.You do! New client opportunities are posted regularly. You will choose which client you want to service, based on the type of business, the amount of service hours required, and the pay rate/performance incentives. Upon completion of your certification training and you will provide service via telephone, chat, and/or email support. Remember, YOU decide which client you will be servicing by completing the required online certification training.
Q. If I enroll in a certification class and drop the class or if the class is canceled do I get a refund? A.The average cost to enroll in client certification training may range from $19.00 up to as much as $249.00 based on the client opportunity. Unfortunately refunds are not provided once you have paid for a class. Sometimes, based on the reason the class was canceled or dropped you may be provided a "Voucher" to apply toward the cost of a future class. Please be advised, vouchers normally expire three to six months from the date of issue, so you will need to apply the voucher as payment toward another certification class before the voucher expiration date.
Q. Are there any physical requirements and does it matter what state I live in? A.There are no physical requirements. We are a Virtual Services Corporation based out of St. Louis, MO but you are not required to live in the state of Missouri. With that being said, there are a few states in which we do not provide support service from at this time.
Any country outside of the United States
You will be unable to provide service to our clients if you reside in any of the above listed areas.
Q. Will I be allowed to service calls for more than one client? A. Yes. A few things to consider, each client will have a minimum number of hours you will have to commit to. Therefore if Client #1 requires you to work a minimum of 15 hours per week and Client #2 requires a 20 hour week minimum how many more hours per week will you be able to handle?
Q. What type of companies will I be working with? A. Unfortunately our clients do not allow us to list specific company names. They will be provided once you have joined the platform.

Q. Do you run a background check or require a credit check? A. There is a national background check required. Our clients are looking for professionals with a high level of integrity, therefore all applicants must successfully pass the background check before completing the enrollment process.
The Background Check for potential Client Support Professionals (CSP) in the Admissions process will include, but may not be limited to:
Multi-State Criminal + Sex Offender Search
SSN Trace + Past Address History Verification Report
The background check is conducted by a third party vendor. There is no credit check, so your credit history is not be a factor during the enrollment process.
Q. How much money can I earn as a work from home contractor? A. The range of service revenue earned may range from $8.00 to $14.00+ per hour. The rate of compensation you receive will be based on our client's contracted rate of service revenue offered.
